Once we receive your order, it takes us roughly 3–4 business days to process your order. This incudes on order custom made candles, wrapping and packaging.
From the moment our courier picks up your order, you will be given a tracking number. Please refer to to table below for locations and shipping approximations.
We hand craft and make our Candles here in Melbourne, each product is customised, personalised and made on order. We put in a lot of care and attention to each of our candles.
We use Sendle to ship orders so you can get your package as safely as possible. We use Sendle because we agree with Sendles no carbon, environmentally conscious values and their delivery performance.
You will receive an email with tracking number when your package as be collected. Once they are sent, we are not responsible for transit delays especially in peak seasons. Due to COVID it may take longer than usual to receive your package.
